Golf Practice Tee
Question About Golf Beginner?
Here is what I have been doing over a month. I buy a large bucket of golf balls and practice on driving range everyday. Now I can hit the ball like 90%. The balls that I hit with different iron clubs don’t go to far. They are around 50-90 yards. With the driver + long tee, it’s about 170 yards with really low trajectory. I’m so worried about my swing now. I don’t think I did it right. If I did it right, the ball should go farther than this. I’m 23 now. Any suggestion? I really want to be a good golfer.
You’re probably spending $8 to $10 every day on practice balls at the range. Like most every other beginner you don’t really have the basics of a good swing and all you’re doing by practising every day is embedding yourself with a flawed swing.
Take some of the money you’re spending on range balls and book yourself a series of lessons with a teaching pro. Better pros often have group clinics or classes which are a little less expensive than individual lessons. Your money will be better spent learning the fundamentals of a good swing rather than hammering away at range balls without really knowing how to hit them properly or what you’re doing wrong.
